Introducing the International Employee Happiness and Wellbeing Standard, a comprehensive standard designed to promote a healthier, more engaged, and ultimately more productive workforce.

In a rapidly evolving business landscape, the importance of employee wellbeing and happiness has taken centre stage. Recognising this need, ICXI along with its exclusive Certification partner BSI (www.bsigroup.com) has embarked on a mission to define and establish a universally recognised standard that empowers organisations to create workplaces where employees thrive.

 

Key features of the International Employee Happiness and Wellbeing Standard include:

  1. Employee Happiness and Wellbeing Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation that covers the ICXI unique Vector 6 model, enabling organisations to identify specific areas for improvement.

  4. Global Benchmarking: The standard offers a global benchmark for organisations to gauge their Employee Happiness and Wellbeing efforts against industry peers, fostering healthy competition and continuous improvement.
  5. The Pledge: ICXI have developed an absolutely unique support foundation for the Standard, which allows organisation Owners, Directors, Managers to “take the Pledge” thereby committing to put in place the foundations for the delivery of excellence across all aspects of Employee Happiness and Wellbeing.
