ICXI have developed an implementation Toolkit for those organisations wishing to
implement IDCXS2022 (Digital Delivery Channels) Customer Experience Standard.
The Toolkit will enable organisations to facilitate implementation of the Standard, the pack
allows organisations to go through the Implementation process at their own pace and
deliver successful implementation, with support from ICXI Accredited Consulting Partner’s
as necessary throughout the implementation journey and beyond.
