Making patient judgements measurable

The IPEXS2026:01 Assessor Training (IPEXS-AT) is a 2-day ICXI certification programme that qualifies professionals to conduct independent assessments of health-care organisations against the International Patient Experience Standard, the world’s first comprehensive, maturity-assessed and multi-level certification standard for patient experience. Delegates learn to apply the PX-DNA Model and the 12-section, 279-criterion framework with consulting-grade rigour. Patients form judgements about every health-care interaction: IPEXS2026:01 makes those judgements measurable, and the IPEXS assessor measures them with evidence, with consistency and without fear or favour.
