Accountability is the licence to operate

Responsible AI in CX, Public Sector Edition (RAICX-PS) is a 2-day ICXI-certified programme reframed throughout for public-sector AI deployment. Government decisions can affect fundamental rights, from benefits eligibility to child protection, and citizens often have no alternative provider, so public-sector AI must meet higher standards of accountability, transparency and equity. It covers the same ten teaching sections and the same 48-question examination as the standard RAICX, aligned to AICXS2025:01, ICXI’s International AI Customer Experience Standard, with its 10 sections, 168 criteria and 1,000 points. What changes is the framing, the case material and the regulatory anchor: the Algorithmic Transparency Recording Standard, the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty, the FOI Act 2000 and the GDS Guidelines for AI Procurement.
