To the citizen, you are the government

Understanding Citizen Experience in Your Public Service Role (CXFLG) is a 1-day practical programme for frontline public servants and the supervisors who lead them. It is built on a single, demanding truth: to the citizen, you are the government. Citizens do not experience policy, they experience you. A warm, helpful interaction can restore trust in an entire institution; an indifferent one can confirm every negative stereotype. Across five sessions the day moves from what citizen experience is, through how it affects you and how you affect it, to the Trust Equation and a personal action plan.
