Voice of the Customer as a system, not a survey

Certified VoC Practitioner (CXVOC) is a two-day ICXI-certified programme that treats Voice of the Customer as it should be treated: not a survey programme, but a continuous, multi-channel, action-oriented insight system that produces decisions, not reports. Across two days and ten sections, delegates move from VoC foundations and programme strategy into qualitative and quantitative research methods and survey design, then analysis, journey integration, closed-loop action, governance and the technology and AI shaping the next generation of VoC. The programme closes with a 48-question examination.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who is Certified VoC Practitioner for?

VoC managers, CX insight leads and customer research specialists, Heads of CX whose programmes depend on VoC quality, service, contact-centre and operations leaders, marketing, product and digital practitioners, quality and compliance professionals, and consultants who design or audit VoC programmes.

How long is the course and how is it delivered?

Two days, delivered in-person, virtually or as a hybrid, typically for 8 to 20 practitioners. CX, insight, research, marketing or operations experience is expected and the CX Foundation Course is recommended; no statistics or data-science background is required.

How is the course assessed?

A 48-question multiple-choice examination on the afternoon of Day 2, balanced across all ten sections: 60 minutes, closed book, with a pass mark of 70 per cent. Full attendance of both days is required, and one re-sit is free.

What will I be able to do afterwards?

Design a VoC programme aligned to business outcomes, choose and run the right qualitative and quantitative methods, write surveys that produce reliable data, analyse feedback for drivers and root causes, close the loop at frontline, process and strategic level, and govern the programme so it lasts.

What makes Certified VoC Practitioner different?

It treats VoC as a system rather than a survey: capture, analyse, act, monitor and govern working together. Every methodological session is paired with a workshop, and the closed-loop framework is what turns insight into change.

How does it fit ICXI's other courses?

It is a practitioner certification that connects directly with CX Measurement & Analytics, CX Journey Mapping and CX consulting work. The CX Foundation Course is recommended beforehand, and the five-day CX Professional Diploma builds full practitioner depth.
