Happiness is a certifiable discipline

The IEHWS2023:01 Assessor Training (IEHWS-AT) is a 2-day ICXI certification programme that qualifies professionals to conduct independent assessments against the International Employee Happiness & Wellbeing Standard, certified exclusively by BSI. Where ICXS2024 measures the customer experience, IEHWS2023 measures the workplace experience that produces it; together they form ICXI’s twin pillars of organisational excellence. Employee happiness is not a perk programme but a measurable, evidenced discipline: engaged employees deliver better customer experience, lower turnover, higher productivity and a stronger employer brand. Delegates leave able to apply the standard with consulting-grade rigour and to defend their scores under organisational pressure.
