PREREQUISITES

You are the experience

Understanding CX in Your Frontline Role is a one-day, highly interactive ICXI programme for the people who deliver the customer experience every day: frontline staff and their direct supervisors. However well crafted an organisation’s CX strategy, the customer’s actual experience is created, or lost, in the final human interaction. The day is built around three simple ideas: how CX impacts you, how you impact the experience, and how your moments shape the customer’s decision to stay, leave, recommend or complain. It is practical, honest and rooted in frontline realities, from emotional labour and pressure to the difference one interaction can make.
